When I’m asked to improve a process, I start by uncovering the real workflow. Not the version written in a handbook or remembered in someone’s head, but the one people actually follow day to day. I observe, gather, and analyze how the work happens, then map the uncovered flow into a clear diagram. Next, I check with the people who run it: is this what really happens?
From there, I translate the validated workflow into clear guidelines or documentation that teams can actually use. Something that reflects how the work really runs, not how we wish it would.

This is the core of my Shared Reality Practice. I make the invisible visible and confirm that everyone is seeing the same picture. Without a shared understanding, even the most carefully designed process will fall apart because teams end up moving in different directions.
